Enjoy up to three unique loops that will lead riders past numerous historic vistas and landmarks. Here are links and loop lengths with descriptions:

Loop 1 - 31 & 65 Miles (half century - metric and english) - Departs and returns to the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, and follows quite, very low traffic roads with breathtaking waterfront views in Olde Towne, Parkview, Port Norfolk, the 164 overpass, Coast Guard Station with ships, Western Chesapeake Bay, Harborview (in Suffolk), Craney Island, Riverpoint, Western Branch, Scott's Creek and Crawford Parkway. 4 rest stops with full SAG support. The 31 mile route turns around at Hoffler Creek.
Loop 2 - 35 Miles (full english century when added to loop 1) - Departs and returns to Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, and follows quite, very scenic residential waterfront routes, including Olde Towne, Parkview, Shea Terrace, Port Norfolk, Merrimac Point, Glenshellah, Riverside, Churchland Bridge Overlooking the Elizabeth River, Hatton Point, Sterling Cove, Green Acres, and City Park. 3 rest stops with full SAG support.
Historic Waterfront Leisure Route - Departs and returns to the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, and follows quite, very scenic residential waterfront routes, including Olde Towne, Parkview, Shea Terrace, Port Norfolk, and Scott's Creek. 1 rest stop with full SAG support.

Just like the Tour de France finish in Paris, the 100-mile English century concludes with several laps around historic downtown Portsmouth, full of cheering spectators! Registration includes police support at busy intersections, SAG support, cue sheets, road signage, and rest stops every 10 miles with tasty snacks, porta potties, very cold sport drinks, ice & water for each loop to beat the heat. Also provided is an innovative, new way to ensure everyone gets a great, customized lunch using an innovative meal ticket voucher system where riders can chose various unique Portsmouth restaurants downtown to find just the right type of meal that suits their individual tastes! Lastly, Commemorative Guard City Century Jersey and T-shirt are available for purchase both before the ride online and afterwards.

All routes begin in downtown Portsmouth's Virginia Sports Hall of Fame with check-in registration starting at 6:00 a.m. The 2 long distance waterfront routes and 1 short touring route, each built as loops return to the Hall of Fame.
